This condo is located in Phase 3 of Sunrise Lakes near the pickleball courts. The community offers many activities including free golf, 10 pools, tennis, gym, movies and in normal times, shows every weekend and bingo. The maintenance fee includes an appliance repair contract which also covers simple plumbing and electrical repairs. The fee also covers insurance, on site management, pest control, cable TV with movie channels. No rentals or occupants under 55.
