THIS UNIT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR, THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND THE THRASH SHUTE. THE KITCHEN HAS A NEW REFRIDGERATOR AND A TWO-YEAR OLD FOUR- BURNER RANGE WITH OVER-HEAD VENT. THE COUNTER TOP MICROWAVE REMAINS. THE WATER HEATER WAS REPLACED IN 2020. THE OUT-SIDE WALL OF THE PORCH AND WINDOWS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH HURRICANE PROOF WINDOWS. THERE IS A FULL VIEW OF THE CANAL FROM THE PORCH. THE BATH ROOM SHOWER HAS BEEN UPGRADED. THE FLOORING IN ALL AREAS HAVE BEEN UPGRADED TO TILE OR LAMINATE,
