3 month Minimum for 2025 Season. Owners will provide Cleaning Service 1 time a month.You can view all the boats going by from this modern 1st floor condo located on the Harbour Isle Marina. The Kitchen has all the appliances you would need and is well stocked with great cookware, baking and dinnerware.The Furniture is very comfortable to relax in and includes 2 Lazy Boy Chairs to recline in.There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen size bed with an adjustable frame in the Guest Room. There is also a full size bed in the Den/bonus room.TV's are included in the Master and Guest rooms.Live the Island Life if only for 3 months. You'll come back every year.Call for more info
