No direct sunlight, so patio stays really cool. Furnished beautifully, updated a/c unit and water heater. Bathrooms re-done Oct. 2023 Kitchen re-done October 2022. A/C Oct 2023 Water heater October 2023. Great retreat for seasonal. So, so nice!!
