Description


Solitair is a residential project by ZOM Development in Joint venture with AIG Global Asset Management. The property is located across from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre at 86 SW 8th Street, Miami, Florida.

ZOM now has a permit to demolish a ramp, connecting to the parking garage of the neighboring Brickell Bayview Center office tower. A construction permit to launch the work is pending. The project will feature 420 residential units, 440 parking spaces, as well as 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Solitair will be 555 feet high.

The 48-story residential building is being designed by Jonathan Cardello from ADD Inc. Balfour Beatty will be oversee the construction of Solitair. Savino Miller Design Studio will design the landscaping for the project.
