Roney Palace - Historic Luxury in Miami

Roney Palace is a stunning 17-storey luxury condominium located at 2301 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, on the Atlantic coast. Originally Roney Palace was called the Roney Plaza. This famous hotel had been built by Newton Roni and was opened in 1926. His guests included celebrities such as the duke and duchess Windsors, Orson Welles, Rita Hayworth, Bernard Gimbel and Vincent Astor. Roney Plaza was the first hotel in Miami Beach offering cabanas, tennis courts and nine-hole golf course.

In 1968, Franklin Brother Construction Group acquired Roney Plaza, destroyed the building and rebuilt it. Opening of the new hotel was held in 1971. Recently, large-scale reconstructionwas carried out in the building to add modern amenities.

Roney Palace offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as studio apartments. Most residences have their own balconies.
