direct ocean access from the west side of A1A. the sister building is on the east side of A1A. property may be sold furnished/unfurnished. building just completed a concrete restoration project and some updates from the 40 year inspection. building was just painted and shows nicely. 2 pools-one on the ocean side and one on the west side of the highway. parking for one car only and guests, but additional spaces can be rented from the neighboring building. unit in original condition and lots of furniture-photos would not do justice to this great location and space!
