Very nice bright condo on the 3rd floor in Coral Springs. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Recent kitchen cabinets and laminate floor in all rooms. Tiles in the living room. Good size kitchen and plenty of storage. Great size balcony. Top floor unit (nobody above you). Washer and dryer just outside the unit. Very good area and school district, no rental for the first year of ownership. Nice community pool. All ages building.
