Closet has also been redone, big for a someone who has lots of clothes. The condo is well kept and is near EVERYTHING. Best thing is that is one block from Miami Lakes but you pay less taxes. This is one of the few units who can have two assigned parking spaces, one under the bldg and one assigned, also you can have a third one in a guest spot.
