The Village of Kings Creek is a stable Association with reserves. They just completed putting in impact windows and doors everywhere. Next up is a complete repainting of the building in modern colors. ALL recent projects were done without assessments. The unit itself was updated a few years back. Current Tenant remains until the end of March 2024. Amenities include pools, a BBQ area, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and weight room.
