You don't want to miss this amazing unit in a very sought after fun community that offers so much. They have a golf club, No membership, a Restaurant, Mel's, a beautiful pool which has been all redone, buildings have just been painted, awnings all redone. They really do a great job and no assessments at this time. The unit itself has a brand new electrical panel, newer stainless steel appliances, a beautiful Golf view from the expansive patio which also has roll down shutters.
