All bids should be submitted online at xome (void where prohibited). Submit any offers received pre-event (or post-event) "Make Offer" button. All pre-event or post-event offers will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days. All properties are subject to a 5% buyer's premium pursuant to the Event Agreement and Terms & Conditions (minimums will apply).
