Great starter home or investment property in excellent condition. AC replaced 2017, Water heat replaced 2018, and roof replaced 2018, so all major things done. Large master bedroom and large walk-in closet. The 2 additional rooms are very spacious. Large livingroom and good size kitchen with open space to dining area. Won't last long!
