555 River House is a new condominium in Miami, the construction of which is to start in 2020. The building will include 39 elite-class residences ranging from $1 million to $1.5 million.
Designed by world-famous Carlos Zapata Studio, the project of 555 River House will transform a part of the area on the banks of the Miami River.
In addition to residential apartments, the complex consisting of three buildings will include a hotel for 175 rooms, offices, commercial areas, 416 parking spaces and a 600-foot public quay.
Residents of 555 River House will have access to hotel amenities and services. The complex will also have 10 marinas, and among its other distinctive features will be vertical gardening and transparent parking design, allowing the natural light and breezes to penetrate inside.
