Unit is vacate on lockbox please text me and ensure tenant has been vetted. There is an association approval needed which requires interview. No eviction, criminal or bad credit accepted. Section 8 is accepted, association will take 3 weeks for approval process. Please be mindful unit has stairs to access bedrooms on second floor.
