Monthly rent covers electricity, cable, and water. At lease signing, first month's rent and a security deposit are required. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is two adults, with no minors allowed. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Additional costs include a $150 Association application fee, subject to approval.
