2110 North Miami Avenue is a new condominium project planned for construction in Wynwood, one of the most rapidly-growing districts of Miami.
This mixed-use complex will consist of 12 floors for housing 163 residences and 79 hotel rooms. The building will also feature 12,000 square feet of retail space as well as a parking garage for 296 spaces.
The 300,000-square-foot building was designed by ADD Inc, with the interiors by Studio Dror and landscaping done by the infamous architect Raymond Jungles.
