Large, very comfortable house with 4 bedrooms and huge Florida room. There are several exit doors therefore ideal for room rentals. Need some updates but kitchen is only abut 7 years old, good appliances. Central AC but they left the window units also. Pool table in Florida room comes with the house. Flat roof 4 years old, main rood about 12 years.Fenced in back yard with fruit trees. Carport roof may have to be removed do to code violation. Under advisement.
