Nicely furnished with a cherry kitchen, granite and mexican tile, new master bathroom vanity, and plantation shutters throughout. Enjoy the private patio and tranquil views. At the community pool there are gas grills, tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a full-size refrigerator, a bar set up area as well as a gazebo and a covered area for seating to entertain guests! Sorry, no pets allowed. 1st floor with lake view and no waiting for elevator! 3 months minimum.
