The Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron has released a sneak peek into their ultra-luxe Sunny Isles Beach condo project,Jade Signature, in a new video, BuzzBuzzHome reported.
“Imagine a world built around us, designed from the inside out,” text reads at the beginning of the three-minute movie.
The 192-unit, 57-story development at 16901 Collins Avenue is being developed by Fortune International. A new addition to the successful Jade family, Jade Signature Sunny Isles will be constructed directly south of Jade Beach and Jade Ocean.
Interiors at the parallelogram-shaped tower will be designed by Pierre Yves Rochon, and condos will range in price from $1.7 million to over $25 million. Amenities include a full-service concierge, an on-the-beach restaurant, underground parking, spa, gym and children’s playroom. Landscaping is by local landscape architect Raymond Jungles.
The video trumpets the “spacious flow through residences with terraces spanning up to 25 feet” and “breathtaking ocean, Intracoastal and city views,” the website said.
