The property appraiser shows this home as a 3 BR but it is a 2 BR. The property was recently vandalized and it did incur interior damage. Additionally, all of the appliances were taken (they could not get the refrigerator out of the back yard) They also damaged the kitchen cabinets and took the toilets out of the bathroom. I have tried to photograph the highlights and still give you a feel for the house. You will also notice some minor interior water damage. However, the bad roof has been replaced.
