The Majestic model is the most sort after home in Caravelle. There is a huge master suite down with a den on the first floor as well. Two large bedrooms are upstairs. There are 3 full baths. This is a corner property with its own diamond brited pool. There is also a lake view. This unit has an eat-in kitchen which has granite counters and redone cabinets. The ceramic tiled floors and the carpets in the bedrooms were replaced in 2009. The master bathroom carpet was redone 2 weeks ago. The AC and HWH were replaced in 2008. A number of the windows were replaced with hurricane proof glass. The garage door was also hurricane proofed and replaced within the last 2 years. The master bath was upgraded. Recently the screening on the patio was replaced. High vaulted ceilings as well as skylights.
