The perfect, affordable starter home in a great location and beautifully maintained community. This area has great charm and this unit has a splendid lake view. There is a lot of great vegetation and the townhome design is very appealing. The HOA fee is very affordable and includes many convenience such as: exerior insurance, lawn maintenace, cable and internet, security system monitoring and exterior maintenance. The community has a pretty flexible pet policy; you can have up to 2 pets with a combined weight of 50 lbs or less or you can have one pet if it is over 50 lbs.- it better not be a cat because that is one huge Garfield! :) Renting is allowed immediately and you can rent 2x per year with a minimum 6 month lease.
