All rooms tiled including bedrooms! Kitchen and both bathrooms have been upgraded and there is a large screened in porch in the back that overlooks a woodsy park like area maintained by the community with park benches and a strolling path! Association says this is a 55+ community.Although a smaller community, it has a semi-active clubhouse that caters to Greenbriar residents: lunches, celebratory dinners, general get togethers, etc. There is a really good pride of ownership in this community: most residents are long time residents!!
