Buyer is aware the subject property is condemned by the city of West Palm Beach. As such the property is uninhabitable and has to be demolished. The buyer waives any inspection period. Buyer will allow seller up to 45 days to find a new Property to live. Once seller finds a new Property buyer agrees that the closing will take place within 14 days after notice by the seller to buyer.
