I just listed the nicest lot available in the Acreage. It has been cleared, a chain link fence has been installed on 3 sides and the owner has brought in enough fill for 2 house pads one for the main house and one for a guest house if you please...of course the lot was already high and dry and now you have a good jump on house pad prep!
