Tenant will have their own private entrance. Rental includes Electric, Water, and Internet parking space outside of the house close to private entrance. There is a refrigerator, and microwave NO STOVE inside bedroom. Excellent location!! Only one person please. Must have decent credit, clean back ground report and provide first and deposit.
