Tenant is entitled to one parking space. No pets allowed. A lease renewal may be approved for one additional term only if, at the time of renewal: (i) the Association is below the maximum rental cap; (ii) no waiting list of Unit Owners seeking rental approval exists. Lease renewal notification must be made at least 60 days in advance.
