This North facing Efficiency/Studio condo unit is 1 of only 9 units in entire complex with a balcony. Was rented last year and furniture had to be removed when vacated so it is being sold unfurnished. Bathroom was totally redone in Marble...floors, walls, shower, etc..needs lighting fixture and deep cleaning for a gorgeous bathroom. A/C is COLD!
