Enjoy comfortable executive-style living at an affordable price. The lease begins October 1st, 2026, with the option of a six- or twelve-month term, as agreed upon in the signed lease. At the end of the initial term, the lease may be renewed by mutual written agreement. If neither party initiates a renewal, the tenancy will automatically convert to month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. At least 30 days’ written notice is required to request renewal or termination. At lease signing, the tenant must pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus the first or last month’s rent as specified in the lease. Parking is available for up to four vehicles: two inside the two-car garage and two in the driveway. Parking on the lawn or sidewalk is prohibited. Street parking is subject to local and HOA restrictions. All vehicles must be registered, operable, and owned or leased by approved occupants. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense after proper notice.
