Wynwood Quarter is a new original complex that will bring new residences, shops and hotel rooms to the rapidly developing area of Miami Wynwood.
The new complex consisting of six buildings will represent a whole new microdistrict that can offer a total of 276 new condo residences. The first of the six buildings will be the largest and will include 143 residential apartments, shops on the first floor and 250 parking spaces.
The building will be constructed using industrial materials, paying tribute to the history of Wynwood, and later on will be decorated with murals that reflect the modern character of the most artistic district of Miami. A distinctive feature of the project is a large courtyard in the center, conceived as a place for rest and socialization.

Wynwood Quarter will include residences ranging from 400 square feet of various layouts: from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Penthouses on the top floor will also have private roof terraces.
