The escape at Arrowhead is in a wonderful location ,on a lake and golf course; family and dog friendly, large dogs allowed any breed must have pet paperwork and tags up to date. anyone living here must be approved by the management company .This two bedroom two bath loft townhouse with a little space upstairs in master for your personal office .There are two LG decks from front and back with a little dog area for your babies, large storage recently built.it looks just like your unit. ac is 5 years old and well cared for, and the water heater is less than a year , roof also well cared for. h.o.a fees has not gone up in years we also have them reserve fund so you don't have to worry. about getting assessed anytime soon if ever. The pool tennis court basketball pickleball we're just remodele Barbecue pits with tiki huts that shade us from the Florida Sun.
