Days 13+: We will consider offers from all buyers. Buyer to inspect prop 5 days prior to clos e to determine same condition when offer to purchase was executed. Buyers should obtain a free PQ letter from WFHM or JV affiliate of WFHM by working directly with a HMC. Buyers also have option to provide proof of NACA PQ letter. Lots of new upgrades!
