1st floor end unit directly on the canal, but without canal views from inside the home. Boat dock is located just outside the porch door. Kitchen had been opened up to make bar seating. S/S appliances and granite tops. Terrific location across from Miracle Mile and between both bridges. Community pool with kayak storage and clubhouse. No age restrictions. Great roommate plan. Water, sewer and trash included in rent.
