In July 2013 the New York City-based real estate development firm Property Market Group is scheduled to break ground on ECHO Aventura – the newest luxury condominium development in the city of Aventura. The project already has contracts out on 100 of the 190 units with prices ranging from nearly $500 to roughly $900 per square foot.
To be completed in 2015, ECHO Aventura is a highly anticipated project devised in collaboration by world-class architect Carlos Ott who created the conceptual design and elegant interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg.
