Employees of Bank of America or its affiliates or subsidiaries are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly purchasing any property owned by Bank of America. The Grantee(s) or purchaser(s), of the Property cannot-resell, record an additional convey ance document, or otherwise transfer title to the Property within 60 days following the Grantor's execution of this deed. Investor offers may not contain inspection periods or contingencies.
