This unit was completely remodeled in 2007 and maintained in excellent condition. Impact windows were installed in 2016 and is very likely the nicest unit in the entire complex. It is occupied until December 20, 2017 but can be seen. This one story Villa has beautiful water views, pool a few steps away and provides for membership to the Bonaventure Town Center for an annual fee of $295. BTC has 2 pools, racquetball, bowling, gym, yoga classes, roller skating rink, basketball and billiards.
