Replaced AC, refrigerator 2016.Very nice landscaping and has their own 2nd floor laundry room.Located across from fitness center with two outdoor pools, billards, sauna, and meeting/game room. Excellent Association with very good financials. One of the lowest association maintenance. This unit won''t last. Owner will entertain all offers.....
