The Arlen house is centrally located, steps away from the beach. One of the largest 2 bedroom units in the building, 2/2 with a wrap-around balcony with intercoastal and city views. It needs some updating, but it is a great canvas to work with. This unit has been well taken care of—a full-service building with valet, mini market, doorman, gym, and valet.
