I know this is going to be a very special home for someone ~ In 2007/2008 the roof was replaced, impact windows, painted, appliances and reverse cycle AC ~ Problem with the wall on the carport and the city ~ Thank you in advance for your patience and we' ll see you there ~ Very close to Ingalls Park and what a park it is, I have some pictures ~ Also, walking distance the the elementary school ~
