This home needs some work, when I visited the home I noticed that a new wood floor was being installed inthe Master bedroom. The house is vacant at this time and I don't know if someone plans to finish it. The patio is screened but the screen enclosure need lots of work. The home has lots of potential and is in a Central location. I was very impressed with the space available in the interior rooms and Master Bedroom. PA shows 2,115 SF but looks like more to me. Split bedroom floor plan.
