Goldman & Rosa, P.A./ Harbor Title, Inc., handles all of my short sale processing and negotiations & charges a flat fee of $2000 to the Sellers lender. If the Seller(s) lender not approve all or any portion of this fee, the Buyer(s) must pay the balance o r entire amount.
