Home is the lowest priced in the subdivision. $16,000 back HOA to be PAID BY BUYER in addition to purchase price and cannot be financed into the loan. Just because prior app, APP ROVAL NOT Guaranteed FOR NEW BUYER, Prior deal died because a loan officer did a bad job qualifying a borrower correctly! HOA not flexible on back dues, We have very little room to negotiate here please do not send low offers its a waste of time.
