Elevator-equipped condos with central air conditioning are now available for new tenants. Move-in date: October 15, 2026 Showings available now! By appointment only Association approval: Required. We have plenty of time to complete the approval process before the scheduled move-in date. Water service is included in the rent. This resort-style community is exclusively for residents age 55 and over. At least one resident of the condo must meet the age requirement, while the other resident must be an adult. Residents enjoy private bus service and a variety of community amenities. Please note that pets are not allowed.
