Nice condo in a 4-story building; no fluorescent lighting in this unit. The New Century Village has lots of improvements going on. Come see Ellesmere B; the outside is getting a makeover. The main pool and satellite pool were also just renovated; shows, cafe, pickleball, tennis, transportation in and out of the complex. 2 elevators. Oversized screened-in patio with a view of green space. 2 newer laundry rooms on each floor. Big closets. It's ready for its new tenant. No pets allowed for leases, and must have a 650 credit score.
